Swansea City central defender Joe Rodon prefers Tottenham Hotspur to West Ham United and Burnley, according to . Tottenham are reported to be willing to pay £7 million as transfer fee for Rondon, but Swansea who reached the Championship playoffs last season want £18 million. There is still time for the two clubs to come to an agreement, as the summer transfer window for English teams is open until October 16.
